Andrea Martinucci (b. 1991, Rome, Italy) lives and works in Milan. His practice spans painting, moving image, and digital media, investigating how objects and images, detached from functional roles, operate as speculative agents within reconfigured systems of value and hierarchy. Through processes of framing, montage, and sequencing, his work generates associative constellations governed by provisional or non-linear logics, opening onto fluid, absurd, and contingent scenarios of meaning.

Recent institutional solo exhibitions include Fondazione Baruchello, Rome (2025); Una Boccata D’Arte, Letino (2024); IUNO project, Rome (2022); Italian Cultural Institute, Los Angeles (2021); and ZETA – Contemporary Art Center, Tirana (2021).

Recent institutional group shows include Museu Nacional da República, Brasília (2025); Monastero di Astino / GAMeC Prize, Bergamo (2025); Palacio Libertad, Buenos Aires (2025); Triennale Milano, Milan (2023); Aldea, Bergen (2023); and Istituto Centrale per la Grafica, Rome (2022), among others.
