Quite often we are not aware that system and software updates are constantly implemented on digital devices. As a consequence, documents and images stored using outdated technologies are at risk of being damaged and inaccessible. Martinucci, in an attempt to reconstruct parts of his memories, archives and uses images taken from social media, reassembling them according to personal compositional rules. With the passing of time, disturbing elements hide parts of the work and make it lose its identity and narrative potential.
