New Unoptimized
Generation Machine
2023
A New Unoptimized Generation Machine emerges from daily dialogues with technological systems, as tested by Andrea Martinucci at Aldea, a Norwegian institution exploring the intersection of arts and technologies. Highly personal, intuitive, and scalable, the machine includes a platform titled [28042023_Sit with me], one drawing, three paintings, and a collaborative performance with Aurelio Di Virgilio. Through repetitive circular gestures, the performer activates lateral narratives within expansive frames. This inaugural model is displayed on the floor as a walkable open shell.
